SCRIPTURE OF THE WEEK:

"For the Lord shall comfort Zion, he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving and the voice of melody."
-2 Nephi 8:3

Dear Family and Friends,

MIRACLE OF THE WEEK: The scripture this week explains it all! I am so thankful for the miracles I have seen at my job this week. I LOVE ADOPTION!! I know that the Lord cares where these children go! It is a privilege and an honor to be so heavily involved in so special a cause! I have seen tender mercy after tender mercy in the past several days. My heart is so full of joy for the work that I do, despite how hard and exhausting it is. The sweet moments like the ones I have experienced this week make it all worth it! I wish each of you could catch a glimpse of what I have felt this week! And I hope that each of you love what you do as much as I do! Because despite how hard our circumstances may be, I truly believe that God wants us to be happy with the things we choose to do in life. And adoption is certainly a battle that I will always choose to fight in! I know that God will continue to support me in it as I give my whole heart to its divine cause!

I wish I could explain to each of you how much you all mean to me. Life is so crazy right now, that most of the time, I just feel like I'm drowning in the many things I need to get done. But I know that the Lord is aware of my every need, and that He will help me in ALL the battles I choose to fight for. The BIGGEST battle being my fight for the Celestial Kingdom. President Brigham Young once said: "The men and women, who desire to obtain seats in the celestial kingdom, will find that they must battle every day for this sacred goal." Family and Friends, this should be our greatest goal, and I know we aren't in the battle alone! God will help us fight!

QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Are you willing to battle every day for this sacred goal?!

Have Faith. Have Hope. Live Like His Son. Help Others On Their Way.
Be Consistent. Please, No Empty Chairs.
Love,
Hermana Hardcastle

P.S. I love you Matt! You did such a good job last week with the blog! I feel so grateful for your constant support and testimony!
